Bro Longreen and sis Scarlette said I should absolutely tell you about the latest news on Walgreens and its discount offers, so yeah, here I am.

So, the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club is offering a special discount on both Family and Individual annual memberships, that will cost $35 a year for a family membership (includes a spouse, kids and pets) and only $20 for individual memberships.
The offer comes with a lot of other benefits that I really need to list below here
- You can save on more than 8,000 brand-name products, and you will get ALL generic medications discounted for good!
- Flu shots are discounted, and so are pet prescriptions (YAY!), nebulizers and supplies for people with diabetes, like grandpa.

Plus, there are a lot of BONUSES if you purchase Walgreens brand products or use their photo finishing service.

Aww guys… 
I have bad news… No, not about my family or Chloe or other things concerning my personal life… but about Walgreens, my family’s favorite prescription drugs provider. Poor guys…
I’m saying this because Walgreens and Express Script are fighting right now… Because Express Script wants Walgreens out of its network of medicines providers (yeah, it kicked it out of the network on January 1st, poor Walgreens ) for some unknown reasons. The fact is, that Walgreens has helped a lot of people with its low prices, the Way to Well Fund™ (for poor communities) and the support to US soldiers through the Tricare health program… it doesn’t deserve being kicked out of any distributors’ networks… :’(
The good news is that the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club continues providing cheap medicines to people in need, especially families. In fact what is $5-$35 A YEAR for necessity medicines?! It’s close to NOTHING! Not even in Italy you pay so little for needed medicines, heh. I really love the fact that Walgreens wants to continue helping families and patients without having them drive off town to go to another pharmacy… Really, I wish our pharmacy providers here were as generous.
I think we can help a little by adding Walgreens on Facebook and following @Walgreens on Twitter too. I know it’s not enough, but it shows our support, doesn’t it?
I heard mama saying that she’ll be purchasing a few Walgreens products to show her support, and I’m going to browse their catalog to see if I need something. Hehe.
